"Front desk staff at check in and throughout our stay were incredibly helpful, Leon(i think was his name, from northern Germany) was awesome and so very nice! Room was large and clean, A/C was there, it existed but would shut off occasionally through the night and the room would get hot, we were here early September. We included breakfast in our stay and the food at the breakfast buffet was sooooo, good. 2 espresso machines, meats and cheeses, fresh fruits with chocolate fountain, american foods and juices galore. Would definitely stay here again."

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was ultra smooth and efficient. They made great recommendations regarding nearby attractions and provided a discount card that could be used toward attractions and local transit. The hotel is also in a great location, just a short walk from Füssen city square, which made it easy to explore the town. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and we particularly appreciated the firmness of the beds — they made for a great night’s sleep. Overall, a very pleasant stay."
