Helpful staff and clean rooms. Except staff told me I didn’t need to book shuttle but that it left twice an hour from airport. I therefore waited 30 minutes at 2 AM, I finally had to buy a SIM card and call and only then did they send the shuttle even though I had told them my arrival time. Blinds in rooms are cheap and are hard to pull down. I had a dripping shower that made if hard you sleep. Also the piping is noisy. Bring earplugs. No hot water—lukewarm at best. Breakfast buffet is very good and the restaurant is in a pleasant garden area. You would never think you were a seven minute drive from the airport. There is a 24 hour convenience store opposite the hotel. My stay was okay but I would probably try the airport hotel closer yo the airport next time due to the hot water; noisy plumbing and blind situation. Bring earplugs and eyeshades if you decide to stay here.
