El desayuno era horrible, y el traslado de 24 horas desde el aeropuerto es una mentira. Mi familia aterrizó en Bogotá después de las 11 p.m. y el hotel se negó a recogerlos. ¡Muy decepcionado! ¡Yo no recomendaría este lugar! Horrible Hotel!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA
NO RECOMENDABLE - MALA EXPERIENCIA : El hotel está bien ubicado, pero es una casa adecuada, las paredes parecen de panel yeso y se escucha absolutamente todo de los demás huéspedes, timbre de puerta, teléfono de recepcionista, hasta cuando tosia el huésped de otra habitación, realmente pasé dos noches en las cuales no pudé dormir en lo absoluto, no me hicieron cambio de hotel, los asesores de ayenda no me dieron una solución final, no me hacían devolución de dinero tampoco para irme a buscar otro hotel, la limpieza es mala, el piso sucio, las cobijas con cabellos de otras personas, en general la experiencia fue muy mala, jamás vuelvo a quedarme en un hotel ayenda. No lo recomiendo tampoco.
