The room we got had no windows and no air flow. Once we got in it was stuffy! No fans! Bad service. Only one towel provided for a room for 3 people.

This hotel is surprisingly good for its price. I've stayed in premium Hilton hotels in Bogota and this hotel isn't substantially far behind. The space is limited, but good enough to deal with, the beds are decently sized. The staff knew English enough to help me make a reservation. I needed to make a quick stop away from my other hotel, so I chose this one. I was amazed. There's an elevator, and doors are opened with traditional metal keys.
