The staff was very prompt and professional, especially the front desk staff. The hotel is very clean and it’s very quiet, which I enjoyed. There are lots of transportation options around. The hotel is very affordable too.

It was clean and had the essentials. Don’t go expecting 5 star and you’ll be alright. If you need a cheap and convenient spot near EL Dorado you’re good here. Staff was courteous to accommodate a last minute date change and me booking my room at 3am. There’s also a great soup spot around the corner —

Dieses Hotel wird scheinbar von Kriminellen geführt, in meinen Augen Betrüger. Sie bieten verschiedene Zimmer auf diversen Buchungsplattformen an, unter anderem auf Expedia, von Einzelzimmer, Zweibettzimmer, Doppelzimmer bis Superior-Doppelzimmer, offensichtlich mit Preissteigerung, je nach Zimmer. Ich hatte das Standard-Doppelzimmer für eine Nacht gebucht, mindestens 50% teurer als ein Einzelzimmer. Wir checken also ein, bekommen den Schlüssel, öffnen die Tür unseres Zimmers und sehen ein Einzelbett mit zwei Kissen in einer 5qm² Abstellkammer. Offensichtlich hatten wir ein solches Zimmer nicht gebucht, wir hatten ein Standard-Doppelzimmer mit Doppelbett und modernem Badezimmer gebucht. Wir sind sofort runter zur Rezeption und haben uns beschwert. Rezeptionistin sagt, die Bilder auf Expedia würden als Referenz dienen. Klar, ein 1,20m breites Einzelbett weißt natürlich die gleiche Beschaffenheit auf, wie ein 2m breites Doppelbett. Ganz zu schweigen von dem versifften Badezimmer, da sammelte sich der Urinstein in der Toilette und der Kalk in der Dusche wahrscheinlich schon seit der Pinochet Diktatur in Chile. Für ein dünnes Pärchen würde das Einzelbett sicher noch gehen, dann muss man halt kuscheln, die Rezeptionistin hingegen hätte mit ihrem Mann sicher nicht mehr in das Einzelbett gepasst. Aber genau das ist der Betrug. Sie haben wahrscheinlich ein Zimmer, welches die Beschaffenheit aufweist, wie jenes, welches wir auf Expedia gebucht hatten, geben an mehrere davon zu haben.
