There was a flea or bedbugs on the bed when we asked the staff the only accommodation was to change the bedsheets, and then they also said it was us who brought the bugs with us

*WARNING BLACK MOLD* DO NOT STAY HERE!

Do not make the mistake of booking here, my room was completely contaminated with black mold and made it difficult to breathe. I have included photos, however there was much more mold, I just did not feel safe staying there any longer. I arrived for check-in at 6:00 AM, ran some errands and checked out of there that same night, even though I had a three night reservation. The employee at the reception desk was polite and offered to transfer me to another property. However, if one property (Bog Urban Hotel) has mold, chances are their other property does too. After showing the pictures they still refused to give me any sort of partial refund.

Durante mi estancia, tuve dificultades para descansar debido al constante ruido proveniente de los pasillos, lo que hacía casi imposible dormir bien. Además, la falta de privacidad fue un inconveniente, ya que las paredes son muy delgadas y se escucha todo lo que sucede en las habitaciones cercanas. La cama tampoco era cómoda, lo que afectó considerablemente la calidad de mi descanso. Considero que se podrían mejorar estos aspectos, tal vez ofreciendo habitaciones más alejadas de las zonas de mayor tránsito y mejorando la calidad de los colchones y las almohadas.

Expectativa vs Realidad

Se ve diferente en la realidad a las fotos, el colchón demasiado duro, la habitación muy pequeña, el check in y check out fue fácil, la persona de limpieza muy querida y atenta, pero en general no es un hotel de 3 estrellas, no era lo que estaba esperando, no es ideal para descansar!

No es para mi.

Hay personas simpáticas y otras antipáticas, en el hotel son apáticos. Las habitaciones muy pequeñas y sin sitio para trabajar dentro, me llegaba muy poca agua a la ducha y no calentó. Lo que primero me indispuso fue que en la pagina de Hotelrs.com el precio esta sin iva y no lo hacen claro, cuando llegas a recepción, es lo primero que te enrostran, tengo que pagar mas de lo previsto.
