Lovely property, Staff was amazing. I got sick from eating heavy food from another place and staff brought me tea to make me feel better and was checking on me, for that I give them a 5 stars!

The hotel is in good condition with a compatible price. It's a little far from cultural district. The sink was blocking when we checked in, and no free water bottles. 3.5 stars

Good, safe, clean with great service
Great service, good and safe location. Could use some minor repairs. My particular room had some minor issues including: * bathroom door was warped, making closing and opening very difficult * mini-fridge was noisy, and had habit of making about 2 loud popping sounds every hour or so

Awesome stay and location.
Great stay, the area is great, residential upscale with many great places to eat. Very accessible for getting transportation easily i.e Uber, taxi, Cabify. Nice comfortable room, nice bar. All around one of the best places I've stayed in BOG and we travel there very often.

Great experience
The hotel was clean and stylish. It felt very boutique. The staff were courteous and attentive. I would stay at BS Rosales again when I come back to Bogota.

The people at breakfast were incredibly friendly and the food is very decent but the people at the reception were not friendly. It was very interesting that they only give one key per room and when my daughter asked for another one they were not very kind to her, almost refusing to give her the key and reminding her that she had to return it. The people at the reception have no idea that it is a VIP guess and they don't even try.

Nice place in excellent location. Breakfast is not included, but there are superb options around! Room was a little warm, but you open the window fo a while and that is enough.

The location is good, but that's about it. The bed was uncomfortable. The don't have A/C so you have to crack the windows for a breeze. But, it's noisy outside with cars honking every few minutes, so you're not able to sleep well at all. Breakfast was a joke, too. You're better off going to a restaurant nearby.

el gimnasio tiene una sola maquina y estaba danada, El internet lentisimo me toco ir a un cafe cerca a trabajar. Por la tarde no se que arreglo estaban haciendo y el oor era fuerte y toxico me toco salirme del hotel tipo 7 pm porque no aguantaba el olor. El gerente dijo que nos iba a dar u na cortesia en compensacion y despues nunca aparecio
