Very poor
The building is beautiful, and while you can sleep in the bed, the rooms are designed like its 1985, and so are fixtures and such. The towel in the room was a hand towel and cleaning isn't done on Sundays (which I wasn't made aware of). I asked reception to give me an early wake up call, they said they don't do that. I ended up asking the neighboring hotel (same complex) and they did.

Pls don’t use the apartments
No service at all; no one explained that they don’t clean on Sundays, there is no breakfast, no hairdryer, no coffee machine, old stained bathroom carpets, old dark furniture, administered by a leasing ofc which is only available during business hours and when asked for help they said to read the fine print in the website so no service commitment what so ever; second day they said there was breakfast and got us to order it thru room service and charged us afterwards…

Great Location but Needs Improvement in Cleanliness and Service Our recent stay at Cora 127 was highlighted by its excellent location, convenient parking, reliable security, and pleasant surroundings. However, we experienced issues with cleanliness and service that need attention. The rooms were not as clean as expected, and the staff was inconsistent with replacing towels. The absence of on-site maintenance staff led us to endure cold showers due to a faulty water heater, and no alternative room with hot water was provided. The room's mattresses were uncomfortable and outdated, affecting our sleep quality. We were offered access to a shower in a room under maintenance, but it too lacked towels. After persistent requests, we were finally given a new room, but it was a one-bedroom instead of the two-bedroom we booked, and again, it had no towels. In conclusion, while Cora 127's location is a strong point, improvements in cleanliness and guest services are essential. We suggest implementing a more efficient system, ensuring staff attentiveness, and addressing current shortcomings.

El apartamento fue renovado hace muchos anos y necesita volverse a hacer. Esta muy descuidado, el sofa roto, ausencia de los soportes para lis jabones en los baños, las sabanas viejas y baja calidad

The 2BR had good size rooms and bathrooms. The apartments need renovations in the kitchen and closets. Our apartment had a leak in the shower and I think housekeeping can do better to report this. We notified the front-desk. Also, I think they can leave more toiletries that way the guest does not have to be asking to leave them. Good communication with the front-desk and services is very cordial and helpful. Overall a good experience and location and security in the condominium is great.

Everything was going well till the electricity went out one night for a few hours. After thinking it was a one time thing...it went out a few times during two days at different hours. To make matters worse did not tell us they are or the next door hotel was going to play loud music that would keep us awake the whole night till 2.30 am on Christmas eve. They even started to play music at 9am the next day till I complained to turn it down. My baby cried for hours trying to sleep. They should not rent out to tourists..

Amazing property with very comfortable apartments. Laura at the front desk was amazing. She had amazing customer service at the check in process. During check out she was super helpful and aided us in detail with several requests. We would definitely recommend this property. Thank you Laura.

Huge property and conveniently located near great restaurants and the Unicentro mall. Two on-site restaurants and a nice coffee shop. Older building with little sound insulation, so could get noisy at times. Service was excellent and I would stay there again.

This is not a luxury apartment. It is a very old unit in dire need for renovation. Bathrooms, kitchen, rooms, everything is dated and malfunctioning(shower, etc…) Either call it what it is or do not advertise it as Luxury. Terrible.

I had to leave the property 3 nights before the checkout! They did not provide me with toillet paper and my sons wife was literally sitting on the toillett for over 45 minutes risking an infection. we called the reception they said they were going to send me the toillett paper and they never did. I called back 45 minutes later asking for the toillett paper and they told me that they changed personel and noone was bringnin it to me. I had to book another apartment 3 streets away and i moved all of my luggage the next morning. I was very upset. I asked for a refund and they said that they will contact you guys because it was already payed and that they could not do anything else. This was a very upsetting experience not to mesion very risky becuase my sons wife has a liver trasnplant and we were un able to do the most nesessary thing a human needs and we were at the risk of an ifection. I also woke up with soars on my stomach that are still there due to what i imagine were bed bugs. thats why we also letft 3 nights early and we also did not check in on the 27th that was an error in the reservation. our flight landed on the 28th at 9 pm. Looking forwards to your reply. Thanks.
