I enjoyed the property on amenities. Location ideal. Be aware the so called airport shuttle starts service at 11am don't know what time it's done. I got there early and had to take an uber. I should get compensation since they did not divulge there hours of operation. Breakfast was great. Staff professional and respectful.

room was clean ,the breakfast was good the staff of the maintenance wasn't that sharp we had weak ac that would stop working in the night in a 7 day stay we changed 3 rooms , first 3 nights woke up several times during the night including my 11 year old child , an other thing about the neighborhood there was a Mc donalds like 40 meters away from the property in a short walk more that 5 junkies thats not great when you have a 11 year old child with you

Great service and great rooms. The swimming pool area is not so friendly as there are normal no comfortable chairs and definitely it could be improved. For the breakfast options not really much to choose from and the service during breakfast is not much friendly. A lot of options around the area and I had kids with me. They loved it.

The room is nice, staff are super friendly and professional. Airport shuttle is very big plus. Breakfast is ok, could have more options, but still considered manageable. The hotel location is good, convenient and fairly safe. Would like to recommend to others.

Nice city view, great location, staff and service was outstanding, excellent breakfast. Our room had Alexa to control the window shades and lights but nobody told us until check-out that was the only downside. Everything else great!

The hotel is very clean and modern, service was great- Jesus who showed us to our room was great. The room was spacious and very modern with great amenities. Free shuttle is available to and from airport which is a great perk. Location was great walkable to many parts of the town. My only drawbacks is that the pool was not that heated, Jacuzzi temperature was not that warm and after informing the spa reception nothing was done. The sauna and steam were also not working, for a hotel of this calibre there should be more effort put in these areas. Breakfast was good but nothing to rave on about, if you are vegan there are a lack of options apart from bread and fruit. We requested for oatmeal to be made as one guests didn’t eat eggs but was given dried oats in a bowl.
