The hotel is very unique and cute. The staff were great, and the made to order breakfast was delicious. We didn’t like the spiral stairs going up to the loft bedroom. They are treacherous in the middle of the night. Book the hotel, but ask for a one level room.

We loved the location, just 1 block from the Antique stores. The hotel has a fun design, the room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Leo is alway great. He always offer help navigating the city and tourist destination the easiest way. He even recommended a driver to brought us to Salt Cathedral. Very affordable friendly hotel in the middle of Chapinero.

The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. The rooms are newly updated and very clean. The rooms we stayed in all had a mini kitchenette. A simple breakfast was provided with fresh fruits and freshly cooked eggs of your choice. The street that the hotel is located on is very dirty and felt unsafe at night. The neighborhood is fine in the day time but felt unsafe after dark. For the price point, this hotel provided a very comfortable stay.

Safe area, Amazing service, great breakfast. Room clean. I spent 3 days in Grace hôtel and if i have to Come back to Bogota i will definetely go back to Grace Hôtel. On the top of that Luis the manager help me to send a mail because everything was close on sunday

Great place to land in Bogotá

Loved the space I had with a wonderful view of the street and such a convenient location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there 24 hours. I always enjoyed breakfast. And the neighborhood was excellent for exploring. Was glad to land at Grace Chapeneron Hotel for the week!

My room was just perfect for a single traveler. All the staff members were extraordinarily friendly and the cleaning was just impeccable. Great base for a solo traveller

Very comfortable and spacious room. Perfect breakfast to start the day (pastries, fruit, cereal, eggs made to your liking). Great location. Good security. I would definitely stay again!

Stayed here 6 nights and had an amazing stay. The hotel concept and vibe is great and the loft style suites are fantastic. It’s in a great location too. The cleaning staff was excellent and very helpful. I will stay here again on my next visit

The room has no windows, there is a very narrow spiral staircase to get down to the bathroom (very challenging in the middle of the night without any nightlight). The lights in the sleeping area don't work. And it's very noisy due to a party on the ground floor that somehow channels the sound up to the third floor. The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy.

Hotel room is nice with small kitchenette, hotel itself has a unique decoration, there is a small restaurant connected where they do a made to order simple breakfast. There can be a little noise from the neighborhood in the day and early evening. Hotel walkable to the transmilenio, various restaurants, clothing shops on carrera 13 and more exclusive restaurants off of carrera 7.

Been staying at Grace Chapinero every now and then. Affordable, Nice decent space and very welcoming staff. I have seen this local hotel 2-3years ago and every time I come back, there is always new. Improved signage. Improved lights and grasses around the hotel. I hope they repaint the green entrance door with something better. Yellow? Or something more unique. Thanks Grace Chapinero!

Great place. Fix the key cards, though.

Great place to stay, in general. Clean, friendly staff, solid breakfast. Unfortunately, the room keys are cards that have the hotel name AND room number on them. So if your card is stolen, the thief knows exactly where to use the card. I’ve never in my life seen this. It’s a very unnecessary security risk.

Al estarme bañado y cerrar las puertas de cristal, se rompieron y cayeron sobre mi, esto me generó heridas en oreja, hombros, mano izquierda, rodillas y ambos pies. Fue una situación terrible que no debe ocurrir, aunque el personal me ayudó y enviaron un médico a checarme me parece que la instalación frágil y peligrosa debe de checarse
