El problema fue Hoteles.com, no el hotel.

El problema no fue el hotel, con ellos todo bien. El problema fue con uds (hoteles.com), que resulta que el encargado del hotel indicó que ellos ya no tienen trato con uds, es decir ya no debería estar abierta la opción de reservar dicho hotel por medio de uds, sin embargo nosotros realizamos la reserva por medio de uds e incluso cobrada a la tarjeta y todo. Sorpresa al llegar y la reserva NO EXISTIÓ, estábamos a más de las 2 am, en un país ajeno, sin conocer la zona, sin hospedaje, agotados del vuelo desde México. El hotel amablemente nos ofreció una habitación, a un precio más alto y con las condiciones mencionadas anteriormente, no tuvimos más opción que tomarla, teniendo un sobregasto con el cual no contábamos.

El peor hotel que me ha tocado, la recepcionista de muy mal humor y no nos quiso aceptar el pago que hicimos en Expedía, tuvimos que pagar en efectivo nuevamente, después de habernos cobrado nos dió una habitación que olía mucho a humedad y que tenía las paredes húmedas, mucho ruido además
