Está ubicada en un buen punto pero los trabajadores del hotel son personas de mala clase no tienen don de servicio, no nos dieron cobijas, no nos querían dar el desayuno que estaba incluido y aparte querían cobrar de más, lástima que el personal del hotel se así porque hacen que las recomendaciones del hotel sean pésimas..

Nos fue súper mal. Habíamos reservado por este medio una semana antes y el día que se haría efectiva en la reserva, ya estando en camino el hotel, nos dicen que se canceló la reserva sin previo aviso y que tenían todas las habitaciones llenas. Pésimo servicio.

Excelente en cuanto a la limpieza y a la atención del personal, son 1A. Sin embargo, considero que deben poner calefacción, debido a que no todo el mundo soporta la baja temperatura de Bogotá. Aunque me encanta el frío y para mi no es problema, parte del grupo con que andaba no se sintió cómodo con la temperatura en las habitaciones.
