It was an alright place to stay. The reality is that it’s not actually owned by the American brand it’s run under a different company using it as a front. Nevertheless I enjoyed my time at this hotel and has a beautiful over looking the city, my suggestion is having dinner at night so you can see the whole city glow. Staff were kind and answered all my concerns. Would stay here again

Overall a fantastic experience! Loved that the lobby and Sky Lounge was on the top floor (12th) so had breakfast with a view every morning. My bf and I don’t speak Spanish but the staff did great with their limited English so our visit went smoothly.
