I stayed here for the closeness to the airport. Staff was great in fact very nice people. I thought Breakfast was to be a continental styled but no cooked to order, it was good!! Overall, I would stay there again

This should not be called a hotel. Property is in bad condition. Super noisy, not a place to rest. Poor customer service. La habitacion donde me quede con muy poca iluminacion natural y el espacio del hinodoro es un chiste. Muy mala experiencia Este establecimiento NO tiene las condiciones para ser un hotel. Algunos trabajadores muy flojitos con servicio al cliente. Ademas de ser un hotel muy Ruidoso. The toilet space is just a joke. Terrible experience.

La verdad la atención es pésima no son nada cordiales las recepcionistas. Apenas llegué querían que pagara la totalidad de mi estadía sin haberla finalizado. Me hicieron salir de la habitación a media noche porque tenía que cancelar o sino me iban a sacar, sin nisiquiera esperar que se cumpliera el plazo del pago. no entiendo cómo pueden tratar a un huésped de esa forma tan discriminada.

The phone number listed was wrong that I had to find an alternative way to get the right number to call. In its website it mentioned that they offer airport pick up services, but when I called the receptionist said they stopped the service. The room sound proof was very bad . The hotel really needs to update its web information.

La habitación es muy básica, los toma corrientes no funcionan, la lampara de mesa de noche no funciona, no tiene bombillo, descuido general del mantenimiento de la habitación , si bien al misma estaba aseada. El baño similar , mal estado de la utilería, del papel higienico, etc. Lo único a rescatar es la recepción amable.

falta de mantenimiento y pesima logistica.

Lastimosamente me asignaron una habitacion que no estaba arreglada y aun estaba la basura y desorden del anterior huesped, cuando volvi a recepción me asignaron otra habitacion y esta tampoco estaba en condiciones... cuando por tercera vez me asignaron una habitación disponible literal se inundo el baño al usar la ducha que al parecer tenia una fuga en su piso. no fue una agradable experiencia.
