Linda habitación, pero hay muchos disturbios

La habitación es muy linda pero muchos ruidos y tienen grande confusión con los huéspedes. Siempre dan una tarjeta para habitaciones done ya hay huéspedes y entran en sus habitaciones, durante la noche y la mañana. Pero la habitación es muy linda. Pero también hay muchos ruidos de otra gente y especialmente en la mañana, hay muchos ruidos a causa de construcción.

Amazing staff

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful! Especially the woman who worked on Saturday - Monday of my stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. She made sure I got breakfast and a can before I went to the airport for an early flight.

I originally booked it because it was close to the Conferias and understand the noise but there was no installation to sound proof the hotel so you hear EVERYTHING all day and night. Bed was super comfy and room very clean. The housekeepers were on top of making sure they cleaned every room that even if you had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on and locked the door, they still come in anyway. And everyday they did this. Most staff was friendly, like doorman, bellboy and housekeepers. Receptionist no so much.

Este hotel te reciben mal desde la llegada pues te restringen la llegada a la recepción, no puedes llegar después de las 11 de la noche por qué creen que eres un delincuente, debe tener mejor atención desde la llegada del huésped, cuando compras o pagas las habitaciones por este medio te cuestionan el ingreso con el cuento de que debes ingresar en horas de oficina, el trato debe ser mas cordial y ma si pagamos el servicio por adelantado, me asignaron una habitación muy fría y con mucho ruido, fue difícil dormir.

uncomfortable check in experience

After a paid reservation, they told me they didn't have a room for me, but they offer a room in another hotel which is about 150 yard from there, the next day they return us to their original reservated hotel, it was an uncomfortable arriving experience, but from day two everything runs smoothly

Worst stay in my life

Lack of responsibility. They said there was transfers back and forth from the hotel. When I arrived after 7 hours flight from NY I had to wait about an hour until someone at airport finally got a transfer for me. No one knew anything about it. From the hotel to the airport was another problem. I asked for a transfer at 6:30pm and they only arranged for 7pm without letting me know first. I stayed 5 days at the hotel and only had my room cleaned twice. It’s true I refused service 2 days, but just because they only came to clean my room at 9pm, when, everyday I was leaving at 7am and returning at 7pm.
