The staff were incredibly helpful, and it was very easy to find dining options and shopping options around the property. It was also very easy to pick up transport to the rest of the city and fairly close to the BOG airport. I also really appreciated all of the amenities in the room. Highly recommend!

Second time still very good

This is my second time staying at One Sixteen Hotel and I would go back. Bed are confortable. Customer service is great. They took promptly of an issue. The hotel is very central to bars, restaurants, pharmacies and a 15 minute walk to Unicentro (mall) and half block down there is laundry mat. Breakfast is very good and had a variety of options.

The staff is polite and does their utmost to assist. The property shows some signs of age, with no HVAC in the rooms. The food is enjoyable. Be aware that if you need to leave early, refunds aren't available; instead, you'll receive a voucher for the unused days to use in the future. Overall, it's a fairly average establishment.

The hotel is well located around places to eat, drug store, transportation..etc. the breakfast is great with many options (this was the highlight of the hotel). Rooms do not have ac..and we had to sleep with the window open..so be ready to wear earplugs. The rooms do not have iron and seem old.

Parking is way too limited. The hotel could negotiate discounted rates with parking facilities nearby. If you don’t have a car, this hotel is an ideal option with amazing value for your money. Just keep in mind that parking may not be available if you come in your own car. Nevertheless, there are enough public parking facilities nearby for additional $$$.

Room was spacious and the most comfortable sofa. Only really downside is that this hotel has no AC, during our stay it was sunny so the room was hot. We got a fan right away, but that thing made a lot of noise. And the room was adjoining a street so sleeping with the window open was also noisy. Rooms with windows to the front of the hotel should be equipped with a good ventilator. Staff was great and overal service also great!

Everything was good but can still improve. No having a gym is BIG disadvantage, the rooms don't have AC nor coffee maker as previously had it. Everything else is fine, mostly the service and its people were very friendly and attentive.
