The rooms are small but nice,there staff was awesome, and there location was great. The Apache roof top bar and restaurant at the hotel it self, was awesome with great variety's of music, the kitchen bar and restaurant at the hotel had a really nice bar, and great place to for dinner and drinks, with a great breakfast daily. Loved the place! Rick

Disappointing Experience – Rude Staff, Hidden Fees & Outdated Rooms The only good thing about this hotel is the location—it’s close to restaurants and stores, which made it convenient. However, everything else was a letdown. The staff was rude and seemed more interested in charging ridiculous fees than providing decent service. They tried to add extra costs for things like “earthquake insurance” and even claimed towels were “too dirty” from makeup. On top of that, the rooms were extremely outdated—like something straight out of the 80s, with old furniture and worn-out decor. Instead of working with guests, the employees were dismissive and unhelpful. Definitely not worth the stay. Spend your money elsewhere.

Lamentablemente mi experiencia en este hotel no fue satisfactoria. Las facilidades no están adecuadas ni a la altura de un alojamiento moderno, lo que genera incomodidad durante la estadía. Aunque el personal que atiende directamente al cliente mostró amabilidad y disposición, el trato a nivel administrativo dejó mucho que desear. Uno de nuestros compañeros de viaje sufrió un incidente dentro del hotel y, en lugar de mostrar empatía o colaboración, la administración intentó cobrarle por lo ocurrido. Esta actitud no refleja un compromiso genuino con el bienestar del huésped. Creo que con mejoras en sus instalaciones y una gestión administrativa más humana y orientada al cliente, podrían elevar mucho la experiencia. Sin embargo, por ahora NO recomendaría este hotel en lo absoluto!!.

Cobros extras diferentes a los indicados aquí

Cobran mucho más de lo que dice en esta aplicación. A mis amigos y a mí nos tocó pagar casi el doble por ser colombianos, supuestamente. El parqueadero (que le pertenece al hotel aunque lo nieguen y se contradigan) tiene una tarifa increíblemente alta por hora y salió prácticamente por lo mismo que otra noche más en el hotel. Primera y última vez que utilizo esta aplicación.

Como para ir por una noche en plan de trabajo.

La habitación tiene lo básico, black out, cama cómoda, pequeña mesa con dos sillas, sitio para guardar ropa, acabados normalito, baño estrecha la ducha, si había agua caliente, el desayuno ok, 1 arepa, 1 tostada de pan, huevos revueltos, chocolate. La chica del comedor muy atenta, la chica del aseo muy honesta me devolvió una toalla que se me quedó. La chica de recepción normal.
