The rooms are small but nice,there staff was awesome, and there location was great. The Apache roof top bar and restaurant at the hotel it self, was awesome with great variety's of music, the kitchen bar and restaurant at the hotel had a really nice bar, and great place to for dinner and drinks, with a great breakfast daily. Loved the place! Rick

Mismanaged place, breakfast is poor.
This place is very bad choice overall. I’ve been staying here for few years once in a while and it keeps getting worse and worse. Must be the general managers’ fault. Here some of the issues: Service: terrible, slow, no English at all, takes so long to check you in (copies of all your documents and then they enter them in como database). They always try to overcharge you. Insurance, extra fees and taxes - at check in and check out. Breakfast is very soso and they charge too much for it. Never book with breakfast included. On a recent stay they let somebody go up without asking me first. Terrible.

I had my fiancée came next morning and i had two bad rental she just want to take a shower first no one speak English second after phone translation they said no, i ask for manager they did not, not happy with that i went rent hotel room crosse the street....

The worst customer service, very impolite. Our sons couldn't sleep because of the rats noise, we recorded the noise and reported it to the reception and they tried to quipe us quited, they just gave us another room. They charged us without righ the local taxes. The breakfast was included and we wanted to confirm, to avoid confusions and they wanted to charge us. We requested the iron and they told us we had to paid them to do it. We won't recomen that hotel, it is the worst. They got the stars in a cornflakes box.

Very good
Very good place overall. Wi-fi better than most places in Bogota. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is ok, but if you go late - some of the items may not be available. Convinient location: places to eat, mall, clubs, bars.

NICE hotel, close to the mall and police station.
It’s a nice hotel for a great price, next to the police station, it felt safe and offered a nice disconnect for some time. I’d stay there again and it could be even better if it just had an update. But all in all you can’t go wrong.

Never again ! I had booked the hotel for 9 nights and by the time it was my 4th night we left-due to BED BUGS !!!! I got bit everywhere! All over my body arms legs back stomach even my face !we told the front desk and asked for a refund as well if possible and only said they will run a report. I knew it was due to bed bugs since one night when I woke up due to the richness I found one in my arm and then went to the bed and saw another one. ASAP I LEFT THE HOTEL THAT DAY before those creatures attacked my 1 year old son- which the bit actually showed up the next day on his face unfortunately :( the only good thing was the breakfast and the staff EXCLUDED the front desk which didn't help or care about anything that had happened ... but I won't be staying there ever again. The picture posted is a pic I took AFTER the fact of returning back home and visiting the urgent care for antibiotics - while having recently being bitten my arms and body was swollen with bites and bruising from all the itchiness even the doctor was amazed of how intense the bugs got me

Nice place for basic business or family travels
Offers easy access to shopping, nightlife, and great food. The nightlife *can* be a little loud...but nothing that will keep you awake. There was definitely an English/Spanish language barrier which is a bit odd for a hotel in the capital. Staff is definitely focused on customer service. Included breakfast is simple but enough to get you going. Rooms were a little hot, especially in the evenings. There are no air-conditioning or temperature controls. Bed slept well and the hotel was quiet on the inside.

We stayed 5 days. Excellent location , walking distance from restaurants, supermarkets, buses, etc. super friendly staff, they were very helpful with all our needs. The breakfast is very good as well. We would stay here again.

This Hotel hit us with an extra charge per night no listed anywhere in the reservation. After asking what the charges were for, they call it "insurance" and told us it was across the board for every Hotel in the country, since then we stayed in many other hotels in the same city and other parts of the country, and no one new about those extra charges. " Breakfast included" do not expect much in food quality and amount.

NO WIFI and Staff that laughs at you
I travel often all over Latin America and by far this was the worst stay that i have ever encountered. The staff told me all weekend that the WIFI would be working in hours, oh the next morning, that evening, the last day they finally tell me that hotel engineer is out of town and it would be back up on Monday or Tuesday. This was completely unnacceptable and I had to get an international upgrade for data on my phone, and now have a major bill to pay all because the hotel could not tell me the truth on the WIFI situation. There seemed to be no communication between staff members, because one staff member let me use the computer behind the desk of course i could only check my flight information, then later on that evening they front desk guy had to call somone to authorize for me to use again. Not even the WIFI in the lobby was working as they told me over and over that it was, even the staff at the lobby could not get it connected. Business center all computers were down as well. The staff thought I did not understand spanish and on one occassion thought i heard them say something as I walked in and laugh as I walked by. The staff had no other things or places to go to get WIFI. I had told a staff member that the security fee they wanted to charge me was not going to be paid because of the no WIFIthen at check out they made me pay and said to bad there was no way around it, and they said by no means would any staff member tell me it was ok not to pay it, which is what was said to me when I told them I was not going to pay after finding out the WIFI was not going to work. Also they had airport ransportation and it was not offered until i told them i wanted management s email to send a letter then I was offered free airport transportation.
