Best check in I've had in Bogota. Quick, friendly, efficient. Strongly recommend this hotel. Barz restaurant, big spacious room, tight beside the airport, shower had pressure, there's a spa a restaurant a bar. Highly recommend

This hotel is nice, but to my surprise most of the rooms do not have air conditioning. The hotel does not properly disclose this upon reservation or checking in. I would not be staying here again, as I was traveling with my wife and infant and was surprised to know we had to sleep in hot rooms and mosquitos. Terrible experience. Not to mention the night staff did not do anything to fix the issue, only offered excuses. Before you reserve… think of you can stay without air conditioning or reserve at another choice.

The only thing i did not like was the gate entrance, they did not make easy the entrance for public transportation to pick up the passenger,,like uber etc..

I reserved one night stay to sleep 3 hours in between flights, when I got to the hotel they said that they didn’t have anything available, after I had payed. Went to the hotel for nothing

The property served our purpose. Staying for a single night to catch a flight the next day was all we needed. Everything was good, besides an air conditioner issue; that required to switch the room at almost midnight.

Good location near airport. Access from hotel unto roadway challenging but can be done with caution. The hotel itself is very good and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a hotel near airport.

The service area which on the side of some rooms is very noisy in the morning. The room has some small maintenance issues that can be annoying...shower door, some power outlets don't work...

Atención muy lenta en el check-in a las 21:00hrs (media hora de espera en una fila para hacer check-in). La habitación no tenía toallas (ninguna, ¿cómo entregan una habitación sin ni siquiera 1 toalla?), y luego de pedir en recepción debí esperar más de 1 hora, hasta que finalmente tuve que ir por ellas personalmente. Recién después de las 23:00hrs recibí 2 toallas. La habitación se ve muy bonita, pero tiene problemas. No está bien aislada del ruido de la calle, la puerta de la ducha se traba y es difícil de abrir, y evidentemente no está preparado para atender viajeros que llegan tarde y se van temprano. Tomé este hotel por su cercanía al aeropuerto, estaba de paso (llegada a Bogotá a las 18:30, vuelo de salida a las 07:45 del día siguiente) y pensé que sería cómodo. No volvería a alojarme en ese hotel.

Rooms are spacious if rather plain. Comfortable bed. Reasonable shower. Good security. Small gym but no weights. Buffet breakfast was good. Free shuttle service every 30 mins to and from airport. Limited english spoken

It was a nice place to stay except that restaurant staff is rude. We had dinner one night and ordered appetizers and 2 drinks. We waited 30 minutes while a female restaurant manager ate and drank at the bar counter and did not put our order in to kitchen staff. We were the only guests at the restaurant when we ordered food/drinks. Would probably not stay here again.
