Pros: Hotel is in a safe, residential area. The staff was very kind and desk is staffed 24/7. Cons: Poor ventilation in the rooms, very loud in the mornings and at night, (We were woken up by construction multiple times)

You get what you pay for. You get a clean room, a hot shower and white towels whenever you need them. The pillows were plastic with cloth covers. The room lights were white and there was construction noise in the mornings that woke me up. The staff were attentive and polite.

This is a nightmare hotel. They dont have confortable mattreses, no hot water in the mornings, towels literaly ripped and stained. The staff are a gang of rude venezuelan people. You have just 10 min to take the breakfast, because they dont have enough tables for all guest. You better pay a little bit more and you get something confortable for your stay.
