The night service is disappointing. You arriving late and tired to find a person who only knows how to argue, is unclear about information, and has an uncooperative attitude, kinda rude to be honest. The room was supposed to accommodate two people, i ordered just for me but it wasnt spaciousness enough, the room had no window at all and well, thats okay for the price u're paying but u even can hear your neighbor all night long, that disappointed bc u cannot sleep so well, first time in i fought some hairs over the bed sheet and ofc i had to remove them all by myself. I wasnt expecting much but they even not reach the minimum, i had a coupon for this but tbh the real price is way to high for the service u're getting.

This place is perfect for budget travlers not a family. Clean, no bugs. Great staff! You need to speak some Spanish or be able to use a translator app. At night the streets can be dangerous. Vibrant erea, food, music, shopping. No elevator. Rooms are small but Good Wifi and Hot water!👍 Security and front desk 24hrs. Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it all!
