There was no iron in the room, averytime you have to go and get it in the lobby and as soon you finish you have to bring it back , no hair dryer in the room eather ,hot water was a problem it keep putting off the breaker constantly, street noise was to loud in the room coudn't rest at all . we left the building after a week , even i paid 2 weeks in advance , i asked for a refund but said to do the process via Expedia , even i paid direct at the building it self . i had to book another hotel for me and my family to get good rest !

Nice comfortable place/room. Many options within walking distance. Felt very secure.. Second floor tend to noisy, due to garage and street. Need to step up cleanliness, specially the bathroom (hair). All in all, a nice place. Will I go back? YES! 0-5: 4.5 0-10: 7.5

Nice hotel for a budget
Good budget hotel. The hot water heater for the shower is not powerful enough, will be either a small trickle of hot water or just cold water. The area at night isn’t good but there is a grocery store just one block away and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance. When i arrived to check in they tell me the room is unavailable. It didn't ruin my vacation but it did change drastically the plans i had made for my last 2 days in Bogotá. Plus i wasted money on transportation, if they contacted me before arrival that would have been nice. Also they keep sending me "tell us about your stay" emails. Looks like a nice place though. Good luck!

Did not Have Hot Water. It Has a Attached Water Heater on Shower Head But the water is not Very Hot, Warm at its Best. Other than That, things were Fine. By the Way, the Property does not have maintenance personnel during the Weekend which I Have Foundout to be not normal at all since They are in Business during the Weekend

All apartments have hot water. Our maintenance manager has administrative hours. However, during your stay you did not report the inconvenience you had with the water directly at the reception.

Only Thing that I Complain is that the place did not have a proper Hot Water and The Maintenance personnel was not available during the weeknd so I could not receive any services

Very good place!
A big thank you to the staff at Luxury suite Icon. Travelers will find this property to be safe, clean, and comfortable. The staff is helpful and attentive. Visitors need to understand that these rooms are like efficiency apartments. Traffic outside can be a little noisy at times. Also bring pajamas and slippers because it can get chilly in Bogota and central heating is pretty rare in Colombia. The location is great as it is centrally located in the city which allowed me to keep appointments in different areas of Bogota. Again, thanks to everyone there who made me feel welcomed!

The front desk girls are very nice and friendly. The cleaning poeple never smile.. the windows are very slim and the big sliding can’t be close properly so there is always notice from the street..

Muito confortável e com boa localização, fiquei entre Zona T e La Candelaria, o que facilitou muito. A cama que peguei, o colchão um pouco deformado, mas não atrapalhou. Funcionários muito atenciosos.

Las condiciones del apartamento y el edificio muy buenas, quedé un poco sorprendida porque al momento de pagar me incrementaron la tarifa en aproximadamente 30mil pesos alegando que era por temas de migración de la otra persona que se estaba hospedando conmigo Al reservar también me habían dicho que el checkout era a la 1pm y antes de las 12m llamaron a informar que el check-out era a las 12 no a la 1pm

Séjourner dans ce logement fut embêtant au début. Le froid dans la chambre, des pannes d’électricité et une inondation dans la chambre voisine qui a fait que ma salle de bain a été inondée. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très très gentils, surtout l’homme de la réception. Mais quand il y a un problème, c’est à nous de le régler et de proposer des choses (comme changer de chambre) car le personnel n’a aucune initiative. Enfin, l’option avec le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas la peine (immangeable et imbuvable). Cependant, ce séjour a été sauvé grâce au personnel de l’hôtel, très aimable!
