Exceptional stay in the Heart of the City. Great deal and value for money. From the time I stepped in the hotel, there is a positive energy around because of the friendly and supportive staff. It exceeded my expectations as they didn’t only help me in smooth check in process as well as suggested me to the beautiful places in the city (Monserrate & Candelaria). The room itself was with modern decor with a huge window to have a beautiful view of Bogotá. Being a foreigner to the city of Bogotá, I had a fear of roaming around alone but the staff guided me to the locations to avoid and also how it is safe to go around the places. Additionally, they have security available all the time. With all this information, I really felt safe to travel to the places. Overall, my stay was nothing short of exceptional :). Special thanks to Monia and Daniela for all their suggestions and great conversations.

I like the location. But the staff in the front desk are not friendly. They don't greet you when you arrive. The guys outside don't help you when you arrive with the luggage.the staff was more friendly a few years back!!

Modern basic value hotel. It took ages to check in - made worse with confusion over payment even when we had prepaid the room. The room was clean but small - little space for luggage and had to climb over to get out the double bed. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast options were limited.

A very good hotel. Great for business people traveling a good area good service the only thing the rooms are very small very tight very small bathrooms but other than that that's a great deal very highly recommended

It was an ok hotel, the room was very small, but I guess it was a cheap hotel. The customer service was good enough, the location is a bit sketchy, did not feel safe afternoon/ evening ish. I would probably not stay here again.

Absolutely love it this place. This was my second time,the first time with my 2 sons. They had a great time. Located in a safe and nice neighboorhood. Close to so many restaurants and shops. And most importantly, great staff to attend to your needs. And lastly, a very clean place!

A very nice hotel with clean rooms, excellent hot (powerful) rainfall shower head, good breakfast buffet, speedy wifi, amazing staff, and in my opinion, a very good location provided you like walking. The hotel is next to Carrera 7 (I guess Avenue 7), which's a major street. You can take Cra. 7 all the way to downtown Bogotá and dead end in Bolivar Plaza. Take it the other way, and end up (kind-of) in Zona T. If you're not into walking, Uber and/or taxis can take you wherever on the cheap. There's also an impressive (cheap) network of buses that'll take you anywhere you want. There's a laundry place nearby that's cheaper than the hotel's laundry service. There are a lot of nearby restaurants offering local/international foods. The ONLY reason I'm not handing out 5 stars, is because of the hard mattresses in the room, and lack of closet space, especially for an extended stay like I had! For shorter stays, I would definitely reconsider this hotel when I'm back in Bogotá.

It seems that the vent pipes above ceiling are interconnected between each rooms (habitations) because if someone is in the toilet in a room nearby, the poo smell will get into your room even if your room door is closed. Breakfast is absolutely terrible - the bread are always out of date, very stale and dry. The chopped fruits appeared to have been prepared at least a day earlier as they were slopping almost to liquid state.

To begin with, the staff is not attentive at all. They would see you going in an out and don’t even acknowledge you even though you walk right by them. The room is tiny, which is in a way expected, but it doesn’t have an a/c unit. It was so cold the whole time. The worst was the foul smell coming out of the bathroom. I’d have to spray the room with perfume. Also the bed is rock-hard. You could sleep on the floor and it’d be the same thing…

I had a fantastic stay here, everyone is so friendly and kind! The staff are so hard working no and always there to answer any questions From John, Nestor, Christian, Vanessa and the amazing cleaning lady whose name I’ve forgotten, to all the staff in the front. This is a good location, I was. Able to walk to the gym and all the other restaurants near by. My room had two small beds, I was worried it would be good enough but I put them together and had a great nights sleep! Don’t forget about breakfast and the. Chef! A+ service

This hotel was simply extraordinary. I tried to communicate with my best Spanish and they humored me regardless of how bad my grasp on Spanish was. Breakfast was free and comparable to that which I've had at 5-star hotels in Paris and London. Just as exceptional, I was unfortunately robbed at some point during the night and didn't realize it until I was about to get out of the taxi. The hotel gave my driver the Colombian pesos needed to pay for my ride and despite my intentions to pay them back upon getting additional currency, they insisted that it was unnecessary to compensate them. The staff, the hotel, everyone, and everything was just beyond measure.
