Luz from housekeeping went above and beyond to make us feel at home, ensuring our room was always clean and comfortable. Jorge at the help desk was always willing to assist with any questions or needs we had, and Edgar helped us order food late at night with a smile. I have stayed at the property numerous times and its very convenient for me. I like the transportation to and from the airport. I stay at the hotel because I have business at the airport. The breakfast is very good, the staff is friendly.

I stay at this hotel whenever I’m traveling back home to the states after visiting Colombia. This is my 4th stay. It’s quaint, clean and the shuttle to the hotel is a great amenity.

in The Morning around 7:45 AM contruction noise started with a Drill hammer and never stopped. I went to the Recetion and i hae been told they would love to reimburse me but since i booked through "Expedia" they can do nothing. So i think i future NOT to book anymore with "EXPEDIA"

The hotel staff were amazing! If you are traveling from the US, this is a place to stay. Next to the hotel is a money exchange location if you need it. They have car service on the spot for additional cost and they are very safe and 5 star vehicles for transportation. Friendly and safe establishment!

The hotel is very nice but they need more staffing to accommodate for the amount of people that are staying there. They also need more bilingual staffing. The restaurant and food were excellent. I would stay here again.

Very comfy beds. Bit odd about using the spa which needed booking in advanced. No space for us to use on morning of departure despite hotel being quiet. Conversion rate to pay hotel in USD poor too.
