Extremely happy with this hotel. Spent a month in parque 93 area and this was the best experience. A great room, excellent location, good variety for breakfast, great bed.

The staff was very good. The pillows are very hard and too thick for your neck. Fortunately I found an extra one in the closet at 3:00 AM that I could use. Great shower with excellent water pressure.

We chose this hotel primarily for its location, which offers numerous shopping and dining options. The staff is wonderful—very friendly and helpful! The room size is spacious, but it could benefit from renovations. The closet doors are difficult to open and frequently come off their tracks. Additionally, there aren't enough cabinets or drawers for our belongings, which was an issue since we were staying for a few days. The carpet in the room should either be replaced or vacuumed daily. Unfortunately, when I booked the reservation, I didn't check if the room had a heating and air conditioning unit, which is definitely needed.

Very good location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Several delicious options for breakfast. The only negative was the ceiling in the bar area was leaking our last morning so there were several buckets on the floor but this is not something the staff could control. Would stay at this location again!

I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times and I will return next year. The rooms are nice, the staff is excellent, the location is good and the restaurant is good, too. My only issue is the internet signal in the suites tower is not good. The internet in the other tower is ok

The hotel is showing it’s age with torn seats in The restaurant and no air conditioning in the room. The staff was ok, not terribly nice but not horrible
