My mother had an accident for Lack of maintenance

Poor maintenance. My mother had an accident in the lobby's restroom because of the lack of proper maintenance. The gym is also another area where you can see the lack of interest in this Hotel to take care of its customers. During my mother's accident, the front desk personnel contacted the Manager to ask for guidance and everything was oriented to hide what happened. The Manager never contacted me back, there was not even a note. The bed mattress is as hard as a rock. These people care nothing about hospitality.
