There is major street construction going on , right in front of the hotel... You can't even access the front of the hotel directly from the street, you have to go around all these construction barriers. The rooms that are shown in the pictures are not exactly what you're going to get... It's very deceptive , and it's like playing the lottery.... You have no idea what your actual room is going to look like. I had to accept a smaller room than what I paid for, in the back of the hotel, in order to avoid all the street and construction noise in the front of the hotel. I asked them to compensate me by giving me free breakfast but they refused. The rooms are cold at night, about 60 degrees. So you'll need some warm pajamas or sweats to sleep. On the positive side , the hotel does have a nice gym.... it's only a few blocks away from a supermarket and a pharmacy. The rooms in the back of the hotel are quiet and I was able to get a nice sleep. The beds are comfy. I feel bad for the owners of this hotel ...I hope the city is compensating them... Right now , with all the construction on Calle 100, it's hard to recommend this hotel unless you get a great deal for a room in the back of the hotel.

Our third consecutive visit to Bogota and stayed at this property. I must say it would be our last time. Staff very professional and good breakfast, but our room’s carpet and couch were dirty, dirt marks on both the carpet and furniture, Only one towel in the room had to request few more, and the worst part was the Air Conditioning was broken on the entire floor, tried ro change rooms but they were not ready for us to move. Disappointed.

Excelente lugar para quedarse, las habitaciones son amplias, lindas y organizadas, personal atento. Recomendado 100%. Pese a que hay una obra en construccion al frente el sonido no llega hasta la habitacion y no hay problema con Uber o rappi.
