The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, the best sleep I ever had in any hotel in my life. The staff was friendly and professional, the area is very safe and so many shops, restaurants and bars to walk to, beautiful park very close, at night time you're still very safe there. Don't think of going anywhere else.

Great location, you get what you pay for. Generally speaking staff nice, food was ok, room was a bit smelly like someone had smoked in there and the after smell stayed… 1st morning they came to our room and knocked once but we were not sure it was our door, next thing they knocked but immediately opened the door and said, laundry?!? To our surprise they opened the door. Needless to say, if your on a budget it’s a great choice but if you can afford some more, in Bogota there are plenty places to choose from.
