I loved that it's close from my favorite area in Bogotá, where I can find nice coffee shops, restaurants and a couple malls. As well as supermarkets.

They did threat us coz they wanted me pay again twice but I did pay the desk lady off but he said didn’t get the paper inform for signed it. He tried denied us .. they were awfully. Great location and safe area. If staying in a room on the Main Street in front the traffic noice starts as early as 5:30am on weekdays and 7:00am on the weekends. Bed was very hard and firm so not the most comfortable. Other than these two things it was an excellent place to stay. Oh yes, the restaurant is excellent !!

Overall good hotel in the right area

Good hotel with nice breakfast. Overall service was good especially at the breakfast. Breakfast was amazing some days, and other days perhaps a tad more unremarkable. Overall a nice stay with lots of security always at the front door. Two issues. One the walls between rooms do seem to be a tad thin. I could hear business calls next to me at 8AM on weekdays and he seriously wasn’t even raising his voice. Two, numerous times no one was at front desk and the great security staff at the front door had to alert them in back to come out. I expect someone to always be in front at this level of hotel.

PROs Habitación siempre limpia, cambian diariamente las toallas Excelente seguridad para salir del Hotel, se preocupan por la forma de tu salida y seguridad. El personal es muy amable. Te reciben gratamente desde la puerta cada vez que llegas al Hotel Los desayunos siempre variaban y el personal era muy amable OPORTUNIDAD DE MEJORA No incluyen botellas de agua de cortesía, debes comprar botellas de agua o tomar agua del grifo No teníamos vista de la ciudad desde la habitación, no podían hacernos upgrade o cambios porque no tenían disponibilidad (Como turistas una buena vista de la ciudad era esencial y por tal razón la habitación fue una mala experiencia) La Tabla de planchar no funcionaba Un toma corriente del lado de la cama no funcionaba No reponen o tienen cantidad suficiente de jabón para el baño La habitación no tenía AC, nos indicaron que abriéramos las ventanas pero esto no era suficiente para nosotros. Pedimos un ventilador y nunca lo recibimos. Las habitaciones no son insonorizadas, en las madrugadas (hasta las 4am) se escuchaban pasos y conversaciones de las habitaciones anexas. Las oportunidades fueron reportadas a recepción tanto por teléfono como en físico, pero las mismas no se mejoraron.
