"It was my 7th stay at the hotel. As usual, very clean and nice overal. However, last time I stayed I was promised an upgrade and it wasnt mentioned this time. Also, the air-conditioning is not working as well as I would like. It is comfortable enough but I could make it cooler for my liking."

"For an international type hotel, hardly anyone spoke English. I understand I am in another country but we had to use a translating app to get the simple questions answered. During our stay, there was a lot of rain. It was noted in the gym and the lobby the roof was leaking significantly. Other than that this day was good the beds were comfortable and the hotel was near enough to everything that it made our overall stay enjoyable and would come here again."

"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are amazing. Unfortunately for us, the non-smoking floor had someone smoking all the days we were there. My room smelled like cigarettes because the hallway was a smoky mess. We talked to the front desk but the problem was not able to be resolved. It would have been one of our favorite places if it wasn’t the very intense cigarette smell. I had to spra perfume and try to sleep and still woke up. My son had an asthma attack during our stay and needed his inhaler."
