"A very nice and cozy atmosphere in the complete hotel! The room was very nice, clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The cleaning personal and service at the bar/cafe were really nice! We loved our stay in Karlovy Vary and would love to come back in winter and stay in this hotel again :)"

Hotel location is superb. It is very nearby to train station , Palladium shopping mall . Central city , cafes, restaurants etc .David at the reception was very receptive with our check in and share with us for the tourist attraction .Awesome buffet breakfast 👍👍 Will definitely come back in winter .Highly recommended this hotel to others 😍🏥

We had a room with sofa bed. The room is relatively big and so is the toilet. The drinks in the fridge were free and replenished daily. All of staff were very nice. friendly and helpful. If I would ever visit Prague next time I would stay there again.
