Ice machine didnt work, light switch was on timer that turned off every 2 minutes. Wifi only allowed one device, so the installed chromecast didnt work. The curtains were on a weird, slow wall remote

Hi Adam. We are sorry to hear that your stay was not as expected. I have notified the maintenance engineer of your issues with the lights and the ice machine. We recently had a power outage and have had to reset many of the Chromecasts devices in the rooms. They are not connected to the guest Wi-Fi. We would have been happy to provide you with a Wi-Fi code to ensure you had the access you needed. We agree that the accessible units have issues with the remote for the blinds and have forwarded that issue as one to be fixed in future builds. We can definitely understand your frustrations and hope that with your valuable feedback, we can make this room a better experience for our next guest.

Nice big rooms. Full size refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. Only issue was the bedspread was dirty and had clumps of hair on it. I suspect that was from the laundry, but still, should have been noticed and cleaned up. Other than that, hotel was very nice and the staff were supper nice.

I would definitely stay here again! The Everhome suites was very new and extremely clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. And best of all the rooms were incredibly quiet! There was no noise from outside or from adjacent rooms.

It was a newer hotel so it was clean, smelled fresh. We checked in late and left early so really didn’t have much time to check things out. One of the big drawbacks for me is that the bathroom is not private. The sliding door does not lock and there is about 1 1/2 inch gap all around the door. Better be comfortable with everyone staying with you and hearing EVERYTHING that goes on in the bathroom.

Nice, new, basic place to stay especially when staying for multiple days. Rooms have small kitchens that make it nice to cook a meal or warm up leftovers. Pet friendly. Great staff.

The hotel is actually really nice for being so new, the only problem that I had, is that the lights are one a master switch and a motion sensor. all the lights pop on in the middle of the night if you move, or the tv is on and trips it. they tell you to just hit the button and they will all turn off... this is not true, i personally had to go around and turn all the lights off manually, it really sucks at 3 in the morning and all the lights pop on in the dead of sleep.

This was the perfect place for us! We have a disabled adult son and the room and shower was perfect! Loved the clean and well designed facility. The flooring was great for a wheelchair! The surrounding area was very nice and safe!

This hotel was beautiful and very clean. There is a great patio area set up and you can play corn hole or BBQ some food. I would recommend that the hotel gets better toiletry products but if not just bring your own. The shower is set up for tall people too and has nice pressure. The staff were super friendly and kind. This was an easy location by Ford Idaho Center to cross the road and walk. It was super easy for us to cross even with children

It’s a great property. A few things weren’t up to snuff. But seeing as they are new I’d still stay here again. 1. The fitted sheets for the queen beds(can’t comment on king) are too small we had to remake our beds at least 15 - 20 times over a 2 night stay. They appear to be normal queen sheets however the mattress appears to be a deep mattress and the sheets are not deep pocketed sheets. 2. Our sink was dirty and paint wasn’t finished around one of the sockets. 3. And more of a gripe from my mom. There was no pool. Also not a big deal. Overall great place. 10/10 on comfort amenities they have air fryers, slow cookers, and almost full kitchen. With a FULL fridge and dishwasher. Staff are great. Great location
