"Late check in with a mix up of not finding my name, then someone had checked in my reservation and paid, but after checking my credit card, I was charged. It seemed to be a refurbished hotel with okay rooms. The couch in my room had a torn hole that was noticeable. Did not get a chance to try their breakfast buffet, or the pool. Overall, okay rate."

"Canceled the stay through the virtual agent. The virtual agent didn't actually canceled anything. Got charged for the rooms and Expedia and the hotel refused to do anything about it."

"First room we were assigned had not been cleaned. Front desk said they cleaning staff was understaffed. Hallway carpets were in tatters plus piles of dirty laundry lined hallways (on that tattered carpet) *throughout* the building. Exterior sliding glass door in our room did not lock."

"Good accommodations with only a couple small inconveniences. Although our suite was a good size, it was a little dimly lit. And the bathroom was situated close to the bed; whenever either my husband or I got up to use the restroom in the night, it was inevitable that we would wake the other one up. But these were small matters. The property overall was comfortable and convenient to the Boise area."
