Breakfast staff was rude! People who were in the breakfast area and plating their food before 9 am weren't allowed to finish once the clock struck 9. The staff immediately started cleaning up and putting stuff away. I'd never seen anything like it. Pool was freezing but other than the breakfast experience ...
