The staff were really friendly and bent over backs to be helpful. The furnishings and state of the hotel is a little dated but it is very clean. I would stsy there again

Great place to stay in Bologna.
Very nice place to stay: looks recently renovated, certainly very clean and comfortable, tasty breakfast, nice staff. Walkable to the city centre, very near a bus stop for the airport bus.

I would say our stay was pretty average. Our room had a funny smell and the beds weren't the most comfortable, but the breakfast was pretty good!

Hotel is in good location. You can use airport bus from near bus stop. Hotel has a clean room. Breakfast was very nice.

Worth it.
Good location at walking distance from main attractions and eatery. The breakfast manager from Bangladesh is a Star - welcoming, presentative and surely proud about his job which is well done.

The breakfast was complete, with scrambled eggs, jam, fruits, vegetables, bread, cakes, croissants, yogurt and juices. The personal is really kind and nice!

Nice place. Just a wrinkle to resolve.
I was somehow charged $30.69US for breakfast when it was supposed to be included on the reservation. I have contacted the hotel to try to resolve the mistake.

Bologna, the city full of history and amazing food
The stay in Bologna was great. We did a lot of sightseeing, took a 35 minute train to Florence one day. enjoyed amazing Bolognese food. Our hotel was older, but very comfortable, offering great breakfast too.

Really good, cheap, at the time, business hotel. Good breakfast. About 25 mins straight walk to city sights. €12 ride from train station. Restaurants, bank and small shops en route. Recommended.

AC and hair dryer were not functional. We got late in the night so when I told them they said maybe you want to change the room. At 2.30am with 2 small children I cannot afford to move from a room to another. As 4* hotel as stated this situation shouldn't happened from the start. Was super hot in the room. When I told to manager next morning about this situation she didn't even said sorry. Room is big with a heavy smell of old furniture. The breakfast very generous. I will never go again there.

venue. More rooms than social areas. Was expecting restaurant and bar to be separate but lovely place. Spent more time in the room than anywhere else when in the hotel but nice size rooms and comfortable.

This property is pretty run down. Its location is quite convenient to move around especially when using public transportation. We enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet which has a good variety of dishes and fruits.

Close to bus stops (5 min) and the town center. Room flooring had gaps in the laminate pieces. Beds were very, very firm. AC was barely keeping up with the summer heat. Window blinds were good for black out. AC around common areas not good and it was very hot. WiFi free but not strong so unusable and not worth it even for free price.

It did the job......
This was the final hotel stay on our 1950km trip from London to our final destination of Kefalonia. The staff were smashing and I’m sure if we hadn’t had our dog with us our room would have been slightly nicer and I understand completely that dogs are unpredictable, however the previous two hotels we had stayed in, in Belgium and German/Austrian border were slightly more appealing and although dog friendly, people friendly too. Breakfast was also not top of the list.

Hotel was generally nice, had a nice nolstagic feel to it. Didn’t provide hot water kettle in the room, and charged €5 extra to have it brought to you in the room or to go down and get it yourself. They also discouraged outside food in the room.

Great hotel
We love this hotel and have stayed there twice. It does need a little refurbishing. The paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom and the sink wouldn't drain. Other than that, it was great. The breakfast which is not included in the nightly rate is excellent and is worth the fee.

Like the breakfast buffet which was well presented and a good price. I would like to see the fitness centre improved, it is very basic, needs to have weights, the machine was out of order when we were there which limited activity. Staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The staff were friendly. There is a gym as well. However, the property has bad sound proof, it can disturbing especially during night time and early morning. A double bed room is actually a queen size bed instead of a standard queen size bed, which is different from what was shown in the photo while booking.
