Hotel opened in February. Clean lines, nice feel to lobby, bar, breakfast room. Our junior suite was large, comfortable, well appointed. Fabiana and staff colleagues provided excellent service and suggestions for restaurants, etc. Buffet breakfast was ample and good. I would return without question.

The staff was wonderful, and the lobby and entrance are stylish and inviting. However, the room was extremely dark, with poor lighting and very small windows. The lack of natural light made the room feel closed in and uncomfortable, and I found it difficult to relax there. Overall, the room did not meet my expectations

"Well the Hotel was closed. I had to look it up on the website, find a phone number and call the owner. She could tell me the hotel was closed for winter but she had an other hotel in town called Hotel Platani Bolsena. We chose the first hotel to sit on the balcony with a drink overlooking the lake ..."
