"We are a family of 5 so had to book 2 rooms. They managed to allocate rooms close to each other. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. The reception was manned at full level at 23:30, which was very impressive. The staff were excellent. The building & amenities look a bit dated, but for the price we paid, we can’t complain. Will stay there again if needed."

"No bin or coat hangers in room. Felt very dark and empty. In all communial spaces.No main light in room so very dark as only bedside lights. Had breakfast two days. But today it was all cold. Free parking is good"

"I was in a standard room. Felt safe, slept well. Modern bathroom, very good shower. Surprised no mini fridge - staff confirmed standard rooms do not have fridges. Air Con wasn’t working. Breakfast was plentiful, good selection of hot and cold, though quality is standard, not luxurious . Staff at reception and in breakfast room were excellent. Nothing too much trouble. "

"No staff Andy did not see. Bathroom was a DIY nightmare. Cooker oven broken. Wall paper falling off on stairs. Must have been the smallest room double bed with foot space around edge . Could only open bathroom door half way because of space in room 3 "

"Comfortable & easy to get to, the apartment was clean & tidy when I arrived. My only complaint would be the lack of a fan, as it did get very warm "
