I understand I didn’t purchase a flexible room; however, I wasn’t asking for a credit. It left very poor taste in my mouth and I wouldn’t use them again for this reason. "

Room faced an inner courtyard, with very little natural light and a view directly into the opposite room if you opened the curtains- though there was little point due to the lack of light. Felt a bit subterranean, but as a place to sleep it was comfortable and good value."
