I recommend this hotel stay for travelers needing a one night stay before the next leg of their journey. One item that must be addressed is that shuttle instructions on the internet/website are outdated. The pickup location for the bus shuttle is not at the onboarding stations across from door 8 of the Jetstar terminal. It is not across from door 8, but rather 30 meters to the right after exiting door 8. "

"Super cool hotel! Did a quickie stay, had a red eye and this one was near the airport. We were wishing we could’ve stayed longer at this one! It got noisy at night, there was a noisy group of people hanging out in the hall or near the restaurant, we had a ground floor room, but when I called front desk about it, they resolved it right away. Friendly staff and the rooms are well maintained! "

"We arrived very late, but there was someone to help us at the front desk. He was very nice and very helpful and gave excellent instructions. The libby was very neat and clean and elegantly decorated. Once we got into our room, we found it to be exactly as advertised, and very clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were especially comfortable and we enjoyed a lovely nights sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again if given the opportunity."
