A entrada do hotel é discreta, mas não atrapalha. O manobrista foi educado e o check-in e check-out foram rápidos e bem organizados. O apartamento é bonito, limpo e bem cuidado, com cama confortável, sala e banheiro agradáveis, janela com varandinha e ótimo aproveitamento do espaço. Um ponto negativo foi o cheiro forte de produto de limpeza, que incomodou, e a tampa do lixo estava um pouco quebrada. As vagas de garagem são pequenas, mas o serviço de manobrista compensa totalmente: basta avisar a portaria e eles estacionam o carro, guardando a chave do apartamento se necessário. O café da manhã é completo e satisfatório. As áreas de lazer são bem estruturadas, com piscinas aquecidas, jacuzzi, parquinho infantil e restaurante amplo. A vista do hotel é agradável. No geral, o hotel oferece conforto, limpeza e atendimento excelente, com pequenos ajustes para eliminar detalhes que incomodam.

Avaliação do Hotel Pontos Positivos: O hotel é novo, o que garante instalações modernas e bem cuidadas. A acomodação é bastante espaçosa, proporcionando conforto e tranquilidade. Além disso, o ambiente é silencioso, ideal para quem busca descanso. O restaurante é razoável, atendendo bem às necessidades básicas. Pontos Negativos: Para mim, o maior incômodo foi o fato de o hóspede ser responsável por retirar o lixo do apartamento e levá-lo até a lixeira próxima ao hall. Além disso, o hotel não fornece sacolas para reposição. Quando pedi uma, fui orientado a usar sacolas de supermercado, blz né kkk. Pontos a Melhorar: A arrumação é feita de dois em dois dias, mas seria interessante se houvesse ao menos uma reposição diária de itens essenciais no banheiro, como papel higiênico e outras amenidades. Outro ponto a ser ajustado é o café da manhã: embora seja bom, acaba sendo muito repetitivo ao longo da estadia. Considerações Finais: O hotel tem bastante potencial devido à sua estrutura, mas pequenos ajustes em serviços e comodidades poderiam melhorar significativamente a experiência dos hóspedes.

Boa Localização e Estrutura

Local bem localizado, muito limpo e organizado. Funcionários bem atenciosos. Único ponto a melhorar, seria o barulho de ar condicionado e maquinários à noite, tanto do prédio quanto dos vizinhos… e a água da piscina principal chega a ser muito quente. Tbm o café não tem tantas opções, e normalmente é bem congestionado… mas vale o custo-beneficio, e é uma das melhores hospedagens da região.

O hotel e fantástico, as acomodações são maravilhosas, a parte de lazer do hotel fantástica, foi muito boa nossa estaria no hotel, pessoal da recepção muito receptivos, atenciosos. Os pontos negativos sao os seguintes o café da manhã falta algumas coisas, falar pão francês, pão de queijo, os bolos não são tão legais, o suco de laranja não é natural. E uma outra coisa q é muito importante colocar aqui, pq fomos sem saber,o quarto não tem serviço de quarto todos os dias da estadia, ficamos 4 dias e só tivemos limpeza do quarto 1 dia, oq é muito ruim, pois compramos diárias de hotéis pra ficarmos de boas, nisso acabamos q nós mesmo arrumar o quarto.
