"I've stayed here 3 times before. The rooms are a little dated but clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Parking is charged at £3 a day which is reasonable. It's a good base for visiting Cleveleys, Fleetwood or the main attractions as there is a bus and tram stop opposite ..."
