Super nice host who really cares the guests to have the greatest hanok experience. The room was perfectly warm, very clean and convenient enough to stay several nights in a row. I’d definitely come back here and maybe stay even longer!

토향고택을 잦아주셔서 감사합니다. 옆방의 대화소리가 들리는 점이 불편하셨던거 같습니다. 우리 고유의 전통문은 한지로 되어 있기 때문에 그 특성상 옆방의 대화소리가 아예 들리지 않는 고택은 어디에도 없습니다..그래서 밤이 되면 이용하시는 분들께서 조금씩 양해와 배려를 해주시는 것이구요.. 늘 건강하시고 행복하시기 바랍니다.

This place was really a big surprise to us. We were on our way back from Andong and we didn't expect much about the place before getting there. But what a nice surprise. The place is very traditional Korean house with modern touch. It has everything you need. It is such a nice place, so quiet and peaceful ,perfect for doing Nothing but reading and day dreaming.

Perfect Hanok experience
Probably the highlight of our trip and a totally last minute idea, I booked this the night before as we would be driving through Bonghwa on the way to Seoul. There were no reviews available for this accommodation so it was a slight risk when I booked, also the booking mentioned no reception which we had trouble with in a previous hotel. But when we arrived we were greeted by the host almost immediately, he showed us to our room, a beautifully decorated and original style Hanok room. The bathroom is small but has been modernised to include a Japanese style toilet and hot water shower. Our host showed us a local restaurant to eat dinner (very helpful since we don't speak Korean I doubt we would have found food easily in the area). We were also provided with a traditional Korean breakfast in the morning, which was lovely. Overall, it was a beautiful experience for a 350 year old traditional Korean home and our hosts made it perfect with their hospitality, kindness and generosity.

룸 컨디션이 좋습니다. 조용하고 욕실까지 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 초딩,중딩 자녀들도 아주 좋아했고요~~ 아침에는 동네 한바퀴 산책했는데 너무 좋더라고요. 추천합니다.

친절한 주인내외가 반갑게 맞아주시는 따뜻하고 깨끗한 한옥
한옥 스테이는 처음이었는데, 한옥 자체 뿐만 아니라 주변 마을, 정원까지 너무 예쁜 곳이었습니다. 내부가 매우 깔끔하고 무엇보다 화장실이 너무 너무 깨끗해서 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

아주 만족합니다. 다만 이불과 수건 등에서 독특한(?) 냄새가 있어 불편함이 있었습니다. 보편적인 섬유세제를 사용하시면 좋을 것 같습니다

조용하고 분위기 있음
전에 왔을 때 연못 앞에 있는 방이 계속 생각나서 다시 왔습니다. 조용하고 아늑하고 아주 좋았습니다. 연못 정원은 그 전보다 더 넓어지고 그만큼 더 관리를 해놓으셨네요 해질녁에 파라솔에서 마신 술은 취하지도 않습니다. 소주마셨는데 와인이였으면 더 좋았을거 같네요. 강력추천합니다.

아이들과 한 가족여행 결과 대만족
독채 앞 넓은 마당 덕분에 아이들이 너무 좋아했어요. 계절이 겨울이라 마당의 조경이 외로워보였지만 그 조차도 분위기 있었습니다. 가족 모두 이 마당, 이 풍경의 다른 계절도 궁금해했어요. 바닥이 정말 따뜻해서 최고 한파 모르게 잘 잤고 이불도 두툼하고 푹신했어요. 화장실도 깨끗하고 수압도 문제 없었으며, 수건도 넉넉했어요. 4개 다리 상펴고 먹는 아침도 오랜만에 즐거웠고 아침 때마침 맛난 사과와 따뜻한 능이버섯 만두는 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다.

고택의 아름다움과 따뜻한 정

첫인상부터 너무 좋았어요. 주차장에서 고택으로 걸어갈때부터 너무 이뻐요. 대문안 들어가보니 정말 말 그대로 고택이더라구요. 찐 옛날 집 :) 언니랑 머무는 동안 다른 손님들이 없어서 완전 럭키~ 내부도 너무 깨끗하고 비품하나하나까지 깔끔해서 너무 잘 쉬다가 갑니다. 고택내에 놀이터랑 야생화언덕, 바깥에 물레방아 있는 정원까지 이 안에서만 놀다가 하루 다 보냈어요ㅎㅎ 아침에 주신 만두랑 사과도 너무 맛있었습니다. 주인분들이 세심히 배려해주시는게 느껴져서 더 좋았어요. 다음에 또 올께요~~

사진으로 본 외관은 좋아 보였으나, 내부 시설의 상태가 안전을 고려하지 않음. 특히, 연세 있으신 어른이나 아이들이 사용하는데 위험이 있어 보이는 화장실 문턱. 수건과 이불에서 불쾌한 냄새(제대로 건조되지 않은)가 많이 났음. 하지만, 주변의 자연과 형성된 마을은 고즈넉하고 조용해서 좋았음,

앞으로는 옛날 전통고택이 아닌 편리하게 지은 펜션이나 새로 지은 한옥을 다니시길 버랍니다. 수건은 항상 건조기를 이용하고, 보셨겠지만 이불, 요, 베개도 모두 하얀 커버를 깨끗이 세탁해서 쓰고 있습니다.

친절하고 정성들인 정원이 이쁜 고택
지난 가을 기분좋게 묵었던 토향고택. 초여름에 꽃 보러 다시 찾으니 화단 가꾸다 반갑게 맞아주시는 종부님. 아침에 비까지 내려 운치가 더했던 고택 풍경에 마음이 너무 푸근했네요. 내년에는 더 이쁜 화단을 볼 수 있을 거같아 다시 와야할 거같아요.

청소 상태는 양호했지만 침구와 수건에서 퀘퀘한 냄새가 나서 힘들었습니다. 이불 밑에서 작은 진드기도 발견했는데 세탁물의 건조에 좀 더 신경을 쓰셔야 할 듯합니다.

너무 좋은 숙소에요^^
일단 후기가 좋아서 선택했는데 역시나 너무 좋았어요 방도 침구도 깨끗했고 고택의 정취를 충분히 느낄수 있었어요 아침에 새소리 들으며 깨고 주변 산책했는데 하루종일 기분이 좋네요 : ) 아침에 간단한 조식 능이버섯만두도 너무 맛있었어요 사장님도 매우 친절하셨고 다음에 또 묵고싶은 숙소에요

토향고택의 주인은 넉넉한 마음으로 손님을 편하게 하려 노력하는 모습이 보입니다. 숙소내 민속놀이 체험과 도자기체험 등 부대시설도 잘 되어있습니다. 다만 별채인 익청재는 다소 가격이 비싼감이 있어요.

편안하고 안락한 고택
작은 사랑방. 아이와 함께 3인이 묵기 딱 좋았습니다. 벌레도 없고 화장실도 깨끗해서 굳굳!!!! 이불 세트도 깔끔 폭신. 다음에 또 가고 싶어요.

잘 관리되어있는 고택이었습니다. 젊은 남자분께서( 아드님이신거 같았습니다 ) 매우 매우 친절하십니다. 반가운 인사도 감사했습니다.

최고의 숙소였습니다. 이불, 화장실 등의 청결도가 최상이었고, 온돌의 성능이 너무 좋더군요. 잊을 수 없는 숙소입니다.

평이 좋아서 예약했었는데 과연 그럴만 했어요. 뽀송한 침구들과 깨끗한 수건들 내부 리모델링하여 한옥의 불편함은 없애고, 한옥의 아름다움은 남겨두어 운치도 있고 편리했어요. 사장님의 고택사랑은 집 여기저기 다 남아있었답니다. 아침에 방문을 열고 보이는 풍경이 기억에 오래 남을거 같아요. 야생화 언덕에 왜 올라가보라셨는지 가 본 이만 알 수 있을거예요. 오랜 친구들과 행복한 여행을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 다음에 손님이 오면 또 모시고 가고싶어요.

가장 좋았던 고택체험
지금껏 여러 고택에 묵어보았는데 모든면에서 최고입니다. 청결이나 친절이나... 정원까지 잘 가꾸어놓으셨는데 가을이라 꽃이 다 졌네요. ㅠㅠ 그래서 봄이나 연꽃 피는 계절에 다시 오렵니다.
