Excellent place tucked away in Bonita Springs, the grounds are amazing big beautiful trees, flowers just incredible atmosphere. The rooms are nice and spacious perfect size bathrooms and an excellent little patio area to relax. Close to everything. The staff is phenomenal, super friendly and accommodating. No request went unanswered. We’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Lovely boutique hotel with lots of history. The grounds are spectacular and well maintained. Enjoyed the restaurant with the organic food from their own gardens. Also enjoyed the spa with its many amenities. Great stay in Bonita Springs.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Staff was really friendly. Very clean. Had a really great time. But the restaurant was a disappointment, our waitress was rude. The food wasn’t fresh or tasty. That in itself was a total letdown and reflected onto the entire stay. Wish we hadn’t attempted to eat there. When I tried to give feedback, it wasn’t received well.

Shangri-la Springs historic hotel is a perfect blend of an older time with modern amenities. No detail was overlooked in providing a comfortable stay. This was 18th on our list of historic hotels stays and it has moved very close to the top in excellence.

This is a lovely and calm hotel with good staff, beautiful grounds, excellent location, great spa, and nice organic restaurant serving breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is for decoration and there are few snacks, drinks and other basics on property. We enjoyed our time here but I don’t foresee us staying more than one night in the future.

Stayed twice in my month long stay in Florida from New Hampshire. Loved the grounds, the spa and the restaurant. So peaceful. Did the tour and learned the history of this charming boutique hotel. As a solo traveler, would recommend to anyone wanting a stay in Bonita Springs with a touch of Old Florida.

We really enjoyed a break from Winter at Shangri- la. The organic yummy breakfasts were a great way to start the day there. Daily walks around the tropical gardens near the spring were lovely. We especially enjoyed the peace found in the small back patio of our room.

We had a wonderful stay!!! I would like to give a special shout out to Mary Anne and Etta. They were so professional and helpful and friendly! We felt at home right away. What an oasis in the middle of a hectic “season”.
