"Room was decent , fridge was set to room temp. Upon check out i got charged for a water in the room I did not even touch, let alone open . The only real helpful person was the valet driver. Everything else 1 star. They are stealing from the guests."

"Stay was great! Awesome room comfortable bed and couch. Only frustration was trying to find the light switches in a dark room. And realizing there wasn’t any. Just manual lamp switches. lol so just confusing at first. Also took a bit to figure out fireplace. Would be a good idea to put room operating information in a booklet, that said we did not call front desk to ask as that would have been to easy. Will stay again and you should too!"

"Very loud guests shouting at each other at 2 am in the morning. Could not sleep. Renovation also did not help with noises in the morning."

"Hotel and rooms were good Clean and comfortable There were renovations going on but were not too disrupting Location was perfect for what we were doing and seeing in the city Only small complaint was housekeeping were cleaning the halls in front of our room a little early in the morning Overall we were very satisfied"
