"Good central position for restaurants and bars - less than 10 minute walk to and from the train station that linked to Paris Saint Lazare or Rouen and only a 10 min cab ride to Monets garden in Giverny - staff helpful ,room comfortable, breakfast good selection maybe a bit overpriced but a Boulanger for half the price down the road "

"Enough space for family of four and probably for more, very nice breakfast with home-made yogurt, great drinks with fresh baguettes, croissants, and pain-au-chocolats. Great hospitality and flexibility of the host will be remembered for a long time."

"The property location, with views of the Seine River below, was excellent. All of the amenities were first class and our meals were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and the nearby Monet Gardens!"

"An absolutely beautiful little hotel set in a gorgeous location near to the banks of the Seine. The guesthouse itself is simply fantastic and Bruno and Laurent are the perfect hosts, genuinely making you feel at home. As everyone else mentions the breakfast is delicious and plentiful! If you try anything the cheeses are amazing - I’d have gladly foregone my evening meal to eat them with a glass of local red. We’re already plotting ways to get back soon! "

"Perfectly situated for a mid holiday stop over. Reception were excellent no fuss getting checked in. Rooms adequate if not modernised but perfect for a family and all you need. Location is near a massive retail park 3 m ins drive where you can get some food in the evening hours. Breakfast was also spot on. Recommend a stay if passing."

Nestled along a peaceful river in the Normandy countryside, this beautifully restored 18th-century watermill is full of character, charm, and serenity. The setting is absolutely magical — surrounded by lush greenery, a gently flowing stream, and flower-lined paths. It’s the kind of place that makes you instantly slow down and breathe a little deeper. Every corner of the property has been thoughtfully designed, blending rustic elegance with modern comfort. Our room was warm and inviting, with lovely views and a perfect mix of authentic French decor and cozy touches. The attention to detail was evident everywhere — from the linens and furnishings to the freshly prepared breakfast served with care and a smile. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel like cherished guests rather than just travelers passing through. Their warmth and hospitality truly elevated our stay. Le Moulin de Fourges is more than just a hotel — it’s an experience. Peaceful, picturesque, and filled with soul, it was the perfect stop on our journey and a place we would return to in a heartbeat."

"Such a great spot! Beautiful views, quiet area despite the train that passed directly behind the hotel. We barely heard it. We had a triple which was actually two rooms. Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms and nice bathroom. Dinner in the restaurant t was delicious. The best pork I’ve ever had. Nice bar patio area. Would definitely recommend d this property. "

"Very nice hotel in a very quiet and beautifully landscaped area. The staff is super nice, the decor makes you feel like in a castle, from the room decoration to the lobby and the yard. I did a walk around the castle and they also have a garden, growing their own food. I wish I had a breakfast or dinner in here but I was there only for a few hours of sleep. Thanks for the welcome."
