Spent the weekend in Bonnyville to attend the Alberta Winter Games. The Western Budget hotel provided a great stay with excellent amenities, large clean room and very friendly and accommodating staff. We were kindly given a late checkout when requested. The prices were extremely reasonable.

Enjoyed my stay here, the room was very spacious, the staff were very nice and accommodating. Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast. The pool is not in service. Overall it was affordable and comfortable.

My mom and my kids were in town for hockey. They were told the room we booked no longer existed since the renovation. But they were quick to come up with a solution of giving them another room and at no extra cost. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It would have been nice of there was a pool... but there is a community pool close by so that was nice.

Room was big, nice to have a full fridge and kitchenette, breakfast wasn’t anything fancy cereal frozen waffles and a few muffins. Hallways very dirty, muddy, garbage all over ground outside. People partying all night inside and outside banging on the doors, yelling and screaming. But you get what you pay for, we were into there to pretty much sleep as my son was in a hockey development camp. Booked a room with two queen beds git a room with only one queen bed.

It was a kitchenette, all the cooking utensils are old and gross. Toaster does not work. Fridge door doesn’t close, floor is all peeling up and dangerous. Toilet bowl is all cracked up. Way way way overpriced. Especially when I’m the off season. Just ripping off working people.

The bathroom floor towel was worn and torn... the toilet paper holder is far beyond reach.. there was only cold water in the morning... Parking lot in front for registration is all full of snow and ice on the walkway to the front door.... No area in room for comouter and printer

Please turn on air conditioning for your guests before they enter. We arrived into our room after a long day and the furnace was on. Room temperature was 28 and it took that little ac unit until 3 am to cool the room down. Brutal!
