Thank you for staying with us, we appreciate your feedback. At the Harborage Inn we work around the clock to make our guest’s experience as enjoyable as possible. Our rooms and suites are uniquely designed and vary in size and location, with different views from each room, so if any specifics are very important we encourage to contact us prior your stay and we will do our best to accommodate. Since some of our suites have no ocean views and others do, all of our suites on Expedia are advertised as rooms with garden or city view. Suite 1&2 is modern, completely renovated, spacious two room suite with two separate bedrooms, huge bathroom with 2-person jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and double sink vanity, floor heating, and much more. Also, all of our Oceanside and Waterfront rooms have direct and very best views. All of our rooms are equipped with modern amenities and hairdryers are provided in each room inside of top drawer in bathroom vanity. Our room service breakfast is cooked to order with multiple options each morning and all condiments are available and gladly provided at any time by our staff that is here 24/7 making sure our guests have the best possible stay.

As new owners, we have recently renovated all of our rooms and we do our best to include the same amenities between all of our rooms: King size bed, private bathroom, refrigerator, AC, smart TV, high speed WIFI, Keurig coffee machine, parking on site and room service cooked to order breakfast. We have 12 rooms in total, divided into 3 categories: Standard, Deluxe and Oceanfront. Only 2 of 12 rooms are our Standard King Rooms, smaller in size (250sqft) with walk in showers only, great as budget friendly option for guests looking for the best value in downtown of Boothbay Harbor. All other rooms (10 of 12) are larger in size (440-550 sqft) with walk in closets, larger bathrooms with tub and shower combination plus rooms & suites with 2 person jet jacuzzis and direct ocean views, we are proud to offer a room for everybody. We are constantly improving our rooms and are hoping to host you another time in one of our Deluxe or Oceanside Room or Suite! Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for staying with us. We appreciate it so much! Our Inn has 11 rooms on 3 floors with only 2 flights of stairs to get to the top floor. There are rooms on the second and first floor with very few or no stairs and we wish we had you in one of those rooms had we known that the stairs would be an issue for you prior your stay. Our rooms on the top floor have the best views (being up high) and most guests have no issue with 2 flights of stairs (14 steps) in total.
