I liked it!
Great location, beautiful views! Clean, comfortable beds, high water pressure appreciated! There is an overall moldy smell, typical of coastal properties. It was definitely present as it affected my husbands asthma adversely, so those folks might want to try a newer property.

What a great place to stay !! Staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant also. My daughter who is developmentally delay, love spending the night in a boat !! Thank you Kathlene Pelletier

Overall we had a nice stay. The staff was very nice and the area and view are beautiful. The rooms are dated which is okay but it was the cleanliness of the room that put us off. The mirror had smudges all over it. The tub had a yellow rim around it and the drain was clogged so when you showered the water pooled up. The biggest thing was there was mold all over the shower liner. We only stayed for one night so it didn’t get to us but if we were there longer we might have said something. This is a great spot the rooms just need some work.

Great place! Our Tug Pier king bed was extremely comfortable, check-in staff was great. So grateful they are open for the holiday lights festivities!

The location is great but the property is dated and our room was dirty. Additionally, in the morning our toilet drained of water and then our bathtub filled up with brown water. Pretty gross. We were unable to take a shower.

Couldn't make the shower work, Deadbolt on the door didn't appear to work. Fan and heating system were noisy. Clock in the room wasn't set to the correct time. No note pad/pen in the room. Mechanical key without plastic tag with room number on. Wife had trouble with the coffee maker. Toilet paper was inferior.

The room was adequate. The view was potentially good, but not in the room we were given. And there weren't that many people staying there. That saddened me. The restaurant on-site was not able to prepare breakfast for us. I realize it's the off season, but if you accept reservations, it would be nice if you also provided a breakfast option. Also, the TV is not able to stream anything. This is a basic service that should be supplied.

First timers
We rented two rooms and found them clean and stocked with enough towels and coffee for all of us. The location is perfect, walking distance to most of the shops. Sunrise was amazing from the wharf.
