The image presented was a key factor in our booking decision, and the actual room was clearly different. The hotel agreed to move us to a room that matched what was advertised, but required an additional payment of 2,000 THB per night. As we had already paid for the room as presented online, we had no reasonable alternative and paid an extra 8,000 THB for 4 nights. The hotel manager advised me to contact Expedia directly, as the discrepancy relates to how the room was displayed on your platform.
