"Väldigt lyhört till grannarna, skulle rekomendera att isolera bättre och kolla till kökets luckor, vi hörde när grannarna stängde luckorna då dom smälldes igen då det saknades dörrstopp. Soprummet måste göras något åt, god ide med att kunna sortera men rummet var överfullt. "First impressions - matters. After checking in online, I got a message my room was ready. I tried to check in at 14:40 - to be told that they charge me £20 to release the room before 16:00 hrs (not mentioned in the ’room ready’ message. This left a bitter taste for the whole hotel experience. Shame as location, pool, sauna and breakfast really was excellent."
